Born in Pennsylvania of Italian descent (her great-grandparents are from Italy), raised in Virginia, she got to Texas as quickly as possible. Her singing styles range from Heart to Faith to Aretha and all points in between. She has performed locally with Eclipse, Kristopher, Blue Blazes, Nobody's Fool, and Toast and Jam. Opening for acts like Martina McBride, Willie Nelson, The Dixie Chicks. She charted with a re-make of "Get Ready" which was adopted as the theme song for The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders in the '90's. She has performed internationally as a member of Exposé. When she was 18-22 she toured the east coast in a rock band called BUBIT (best unknown band in town). They opened for such notables as Black Oak Arkansas and The Dixie Dregs. She comes from a singing family and all of her siblings are performers.
